The Dossier

Maintained for you, not handed to you.

A dossier is the whole of a company's record, held in one place and kept current: who owns it, what it has agreed, what it holds, where that came from and what is due.

Five records

What the dossier holds.

Identity and compliance are the foundation every provider keeps. Agreements, assets and provenance are where a company's history actually lives, and where we put most of our care.

01 · Foundation

Identity

Who owns and runs the company

What it holds
Legal ownership, beneficial owners, officers and the statutory registers.
What we do
Every change is recorded, evidenced and carried into the registers.
02 · Kept by few

Agreements

What the company has agreed

What it holds
Shareholder and loan agreements, mandates, service agreements, share purchases and trust deeds.
What we do
Each agreement is read into its parties, terms, obligations and renewal dates, so nothing depends on finding the file.
03 · Kept by few

Assets

What the company holds

What it holds
Bank and custody accounts, portfolio holdings, participations, property and digital assets.
What we do
Positions across every institution are reconciled into one consolidated record.
04 · Kept by few

Provenance

Where it came from

What it holds
Source of funds and the documented history behind each holding.
What we do
The history is evidenced once, so banks, auditors and successors are not asked the same question twice.
05 · Foundation

Compliance

What is due, and what is done

What it holds
Filings, screening, risk assessment and every statutory date.
What we do
Each obligation is tracked to completion, with the evidence attached.
How it is kept

Kept current, in the background.

Your involvement is reserved for the decisions only you can make.

  1. 01

    Establish

We gather the authorised record, map the structure and agree what matters most.

  2. 02

    Maintain

Information stays current, obligations stay visible and open items keep moving.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Evidence is assembled, gaps are identified and decisions arrive with their context.

  4. 04

    Coordinate

Auditors, advocates, agents and advisers receive what they need, and responsibilities stay clear.

Open matters

The questions no one else is placed to answer.

A director wants to resign but the accounts are not signed. An auditor needs evidence the bank will only release to the owner. A loan was agreed between two companies and never written down. Each of these sits between parties, and each party is right to say it is not theirs.

We take these as matters: named, owned, evidenced and coordinated to a recorded outcome. The answer stays in the dossier, so the next adviser starts from it instead of from the beginning.

Principles

What does not change.

  • Authority remains with you

You decide. We prepare what you need to decide with clarity, and record the decision.

  • Nothing lives in a mailbox

Every open question becomes a recorded matter with an owner, a next step and the evidence attached.

  • Less is repeated. More is carried forward.

What you have already supplied is not asked for again, by us or by the professionals we coordinate.

  • Records remain portable

Change auditor, agent or adviser and the history moves with you. A change of package never removes your records or prevents an orderly export and handover.

  • Access follows authority

Each person you authorise is individually identified and sees only the companies, years and matters their authority covers.

  • Responsibilities stay clear

Audit opinions, legal acts and tax certification stay with independent licensed professionals, and you remain free to choose or change them.
