How a structure is placed

The profile decides the package, not the number of transactions.

A thousand payments from one bank take less care than forty across three currencies, a custodian and an intercompany loan. We read the profile from the dossier and recommend the package that fits it.

The profile is reviewed at each anniversary. If the structure has grown or simplified, we recommend the package that now fits. Nothing changes during the year without your agreement.

Partner terms

Added to any package and quoted with it: priority coordination, additional entity, additional authorised user.

FeesAnnual fees start at the amounts shown and are confirmed after a private review of the structure's profile. Payable yearly in advance, or quarterly over a twelve-month term. VAT is added where it applies.

Independent professionalsAudit opinions, reserved legal acts and tax certification are performed by independent licensed professionals in their own name. Their fees are invoiced by them directly or carried at cost.

Separate chargesGovernment fees, registry charges and taxes are passed through at cost. Changing package never removes your records or prevents an orderly export and handover.
