For firms that keep the client relationship.
Many of our dossiers reach us through the corporate service providers, fiduciaries, accountants and advocates who sit closest to the client. They are who we build for.
The work prepared behind you.
Compliance keeps asking more of firms whose strength is the relationship. Partnering with Chrysos lets you keep that strength and hand over the production.
Your clients stay yours
You keep the relationship and the daily contact. We work behind you, on the file, not in front of your client.
Capacity when regulation outgrows the team
The preparation, evidence and follow-up that keep growing each year are done for you, to one standard across the book.
One view of the whole book
Deadlines, dossier health and open matters for every company you bring, in one place.
Billed to the firm
Per company, quarterly, so the arrangement fits the fees you already agree with your clients.
An app for every professional on the file.
The auditors, advocates and advisers who work on your clients' companies get Chrysos Professional on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Each engagement holds its binder, requests, open points, working papers, fee and hand-back, limited to the work entrusted to them. For professionals on Windows, a web version that runs in any modern browser is in development.

A better file, and nothing that compromises independence.
We are the preparer. Auditors receive a complete, evidenced set to review and form their opinion on it, in their own name. Advocates receive the record a legal act needs and sign it themselves. We never direct an opinion or a legal conclusion.
We work with more than one independent audit firm, and we do not charge auditors for access to the files they review, so no firm depends on us and none is asked to.
Discuss a partnership.
Tell us about your book: the jurisdictions, the number of companies and where the pressure is. We will tell you honestly where we can help.
