Scope
Engagement terms are confirmed individually with each client and cover the package and any mandates agreed. A change of package never removes the client's records or prevents an orderly export and handover.
Regulated acts
Chrysos Dossiers Ltd does not provide statutory audit, legal or tax certification services and does not issue audit opinions. Where an audit is required, Chrysos prepares the audit-ready file and coordinates with the independent auditor authorised for the entity and jurisdiction, who alone forms and signs the opinion. Reserved legal acts and tax certification are performed by licensed professionals in their own name.
Client funds
Chrysos holds no client funds. Invoices are paid through the payment link supplied with each issued invoice.
General terms
Fees, liability, termination, governing law and dispute-resolution terms are agreed in the applicable engagement documents and will be summarised here following legal review.
