The annual financial return, registers and the records your registered agent relies on.

Established

BVI companies sit at the centre of many international structures, often owned from one country and banked in another. The registered agent holds what the law requires; the rest of the record tends to scatter across advisers, banks and inboxes.

The dossier keeps that record together: the accounts behind the annual financial return, the ownership chain and the evidence a bank will ask for, maintained on the same timetable every year.

What the dossier keeps

  • 01

Financial records and the annual financial return information, prepared within nine months of the year-end

  • 02

Registers of members and directors, and the beneficial-ownership information your registered agent holds

  • 03

Economic substance information for the annual report

  • 04

Ownership and source-of-funds evidence for banks and counterparties

Who signs

Your registered agent remains responsible for filings and for the records it must hold. We prepare the information it relies on and keep the evidence in the dossier.

The BVI is our second home jurisdiction. Its annual financial return timetable is modelled in the dossier.
