Cyprus

Statutory accounts, the tax and Registrar calendar, beneficial-owner records and the AML file, kept in one dossier.

Established

Cyprus is where Chrysos is based and where most of the dossiers we maintain are held. A Cyprus company carries a full annual cycle: statutory accounts for audit, the corporate tax return, the annual return and the registers, all resting on ownership and AML records that banks and auditors read closely.

We keep that cycle in one place. Each obligation has a date, an owner and the evidence attached, and the people you authorise see it in the app as it moves.

What the dossier keeps

  • 01

Statutory financial statements prepared for audit by an independent auditor

  • 02

The corporate tax calendar and the information each return needs

  • 03

Annual return information for your company secretary

  • 04

Registers, beneficial-owner records and the decisions behind them

  • 05

The AML file, screening and periodic reviews

Who signs

Audit opinions are signed by an independent licensed auditor. Filings are made by the professional appointed to make them, in their own name.

Most of our dossiers sit in Cyprus. Its obligations are modelled in the dossier and tracked to completion.
